It runs events like J.E.D.I. Talks and a “Small Steps” series to amplify under-represented voices in architecture and related fields and challenge industry norms. The group advocates for inclusive practice, awareness, and systemic change across design professions.Ryder Architecture is a UK-wide architectural practice founded in 1953 in Newcastle upon Tyne. It’s known for integrated design and placemaking across sectors including housing, urban design, heritage and commercial projects. Grounded in collaboration and sustainable impact, the practice balances creative problem-solving with community and environmental priorities.Narrative Practice is an award-winning mentoring platform focused on improving representation in the built environment.
